back strengthening exercises
I rode for 15 yrs. growing up but had to quit due to back pain. Now, 10 yrs. later, I have begun riding again but am concerned that my back troubles will return. Does anyone have any recommendations for exercises or stretches that can keep my back healthy so I can keep up with my hobby? Thanks!

Exercises and stretches

This is a common problem for riders.
The first step is to identify the cause of your back trouble. Can you describe where you're feeling pain or discomfort and when? Have you been diagnosed?
Although it is difficult to give an accurate prognosis via internet I can likely give you some general guidelines that will help.
Wishing you health,

Supplements

Even Costco. You don't have to be arthritic to get the benefits. I notice that soreness from riding or workouts is less and resolves quickly.
